HC Remodel & Design

HC Remodel & Design is a family-owned design-build remodeling firm that has been working on homes in Omaha and Council Bluffs for more than 16 years. The company focuses on kitchens, bathrooms, basements and whole-home remodels, with design and construction handled together by one team. Kitchen projects often include custom cabinetry, waterfall countertops and layered lighting, while bathrooms may feature custom showers, soaking tubs and heated tile floors.

Gary Haldeman, the founder, leads the firm, and the company's roots go back to a master carpenter's workbench three generations ago. Projects start with a first conversation, followed by design work and a written proposal before construction begins. The office is at 21 N 8th St. in Council Bluffs, and the firm lists Omaha, Papillion, Elkhorn, Bellevue and several nearby communities as its service area.
