The shop imports small-batch oils from producers in the northern and southern hemispheres, and the range includes ultra-premium single-cultivar oils, a Modena balsamic and a Calabrian chili hot honey vinegar. The store also carries olive oil skincare, candles and gift items.

The shop is in Old Town Cottonwood and visitors can come in to sample the oils. Staff will help pick oils and vinegars for everyday cooking or as a gift, and gift certificates are available that never expire.
