Newport Body Works

Newport Body Works is a wellness lounge in Costa Mesa that offers recovery and relaxation treatments. Its core services include cryotherapy, full-body red light panels, infrared saunas with cold plunge tubs, float therapy pods, Normatec compression sleeve therapy and IV therapy. Facials, massage and aesthetic treatments are also offered, along with prescription weight loss injections using semaglutide and tirzepatide.

All services take place in private rooms, and each sauna room has its own shower and television. Memberships and session packages are available in 30 and 60 minute sessions, and clients can book online or call. The team is on site during sessions, and the lounge is designed for athletes looking for recovery time as well as people who simply want to unwind.
