AFURI ramen + dumpling

AFURI serves Japanese ramen built on a light but deeply flavored broth, along with a full sushi menu of rolls, hand rolls, nigiri and sashimi. The menu also includes small plates, rice bowls and desserts, with traditional and modern Japanese dishes made from fresh ingredients.

This Costa Mesa location on Bristol Street takes reservations and waitlist sign-ups, and food can be ordered online. Gift cards are available. Dishes are made without artificial coloring, preservatives or synthetic flavor enhancers, and there are vegan and gluten-free options.
