Property management in Coralville

Property management firms look after rental homes and apartments for the people who own them. Many handle finding and screening tenants, collecting rent, arranging repairs and maintenance requests, and helping new residents move in. Some also offer rental listings, online rental applications, and help with duplex or house rentals. When you are choosing one, ask how they screen tenants and how quickly they respond to repair requests, and get the fee structure in writing, including any charges for leasing or maintenance. If you are a tenant, ask who handles emergency calls after hours. Contacting two or three managers before you need one gives you time to compare answers.
