Performance Health and Fitness

Performance Health & Fitness is a 25,000-square-foot gym offering a wide range of strength and cardio equipment, group fitness classes, and sports performance training. It has been in business since 2008 and also offers personal training, health coaching, nutrition coaching, and senior fitness programs for members who want a plan but aren't sure where to start.

Month-to-month memberships are available with no long-term contracts, and day passes are sold to non-members and current members bringing a guest. New local visitors can try a 7-day trial, and the InBody 270 body composition scan is offered for $40. Members can see their group classes and personal training options through the club's member system. The gym is on Ridgeway Drive in Coralville, just east of Highway 965, and its on-site physical therapy clinic, Performance Therapies, is in a separate suite in the same building.
