Iowa City Area Association of Realtors

Iowa City Area Association of REALTORS is a trade association for real estate professionals in the Iowa City area, first founded in 1941. Its members include certified REALTORS, brokers, appraisers, property managers and real estate counselors. The association runs the area's Multiple Listing Service and operates a real estate school, and it also offers member education, committee work, community outreach and political advocacy.

Homebuyers and sellers work with its members, but the office also rents a classroom that seats up to 60 for meetings, trainings and seminars. The room includes a built-in projector, sound system and wireless internet, and the rental includes kitchen access and free parking. The office sits in the Iowa River Landing off I-80 in Coralville, within walking distance of several hotels, restaurants and shops.
