Evolve

Evolve is a home staging and interior design firm run by co-founders Lisa Fender and Sarah Graf. Staging covers vacant and occupied homes, new construction, rental and income properties, and pre-market consultations for sellers who want their home ready before listing. The design side helps clients work out a vision for a space, from simple restyling to new construction builds, including paint color, window treatment and wallpaper selection.

The company says it has transformed hundreds of properties over the last seven years and works mostly through referrals from realtors, builders, sellers, homeowners and hosts. Clients are encouraged to call before listing a home. The business is based at 2325 James St. in Coralville.
