Diamond Leaf Jewelers is a full-service jeweler that specializes in custom engagement rings and wedding bands. Each piece starts with a design consultation to discuss stones, metals and sketches, then moves through CAD renders, a resin preview and either casting or hand fabrication. Goldsmiths set each gemstone by hand. The shop also sells bracelets, necklaces, earrings, fashion rings and custom men's jewelry, and it repairs jewelry and watches.

Custom work involves several meetings, so booking an appointment online or by phone is the easiest way to visit. The shop uses responsibly sourced metals and diamonds, and its custom pieces are cast with certified recycled metals. Miriam founded the business in 2015, and it sits in the Iowa River Landing in Coralville, across from the Iowa River, with parking in a lot behind the building. Its sister shop, Brides By Jessa, a bridal gown boutique, is connected to it.
