Coralville Community Aquatic Center

The Coralville Community Aquatic Center is an outdoor public pool run by the City of Coralville Parks & Recreation department. The 11,000-square-foot facility has a 25-meter L-shaped pool, diving boards, a zero-depth entry, a splash deck with fountains and play structures, and three slides, including an open flume body slide and a space bowl that drops into an 8-foot pool. The Patio concession stand serves burgers, hot dogs, pizza slices and shaved ice.

Admission is $6 daily per person, with a $4 rate on Sundays from 4:00 to 6:00 pm, and children under two are free. Everyone two and older in the pool area must pay or show a season pass, even if they do not swim. The center closes early for weather, low attendance or mechanical issues, so check ahead on hot or stormy days. Groups need a reservation before swimming, and the center can be rented for parties on the Party Deck.
