S&T Construction

S&T Construction is a family-owned custom home builder and remodeler in Cookeville, working with owners Scott and Tonya Conner, who started the company in 2017. Scott leads the hands-on building, and the company builds custom homes, log homes, kitchen and bath remodels, whole-home renovations, detached ADUs, and room additions, including accessible and aging-in-place modifications.

The first step is a phone or email conversation with Scott or Tonya, followed by an on-site walk-through and a written plan with drawings and numbers. Work is scoped across Middle Tennessee, and the company handles permit submissions and inspections. Owners provide a weekly update during the build and a final walkthrough, and they keep in touch after move-in.
