Mike's Place

Mike's Place is a restaurant on Front Street in Conway with a New Orleans-inspired dining room of old brick, wrought iron, fountains and plants. The menu is built around seafood, with golden fried Gulf shrimp, shrimp Brantley sauteed in Bayou butter, crab legs, whitefish prepared several ways, and a crawfish etouffee. Aged steaks, including a ribeye and a prime rib served with beef au jus, round out the entrees.

Most entrees come with a choice of lagniappes, the small side dishes such as red beans and rice, fried okra or smashed potatoes. Burgers, sandwiches and salads are also on the menu, and the staff describe their service as careful and well trained. The restaurant is at 808 Front Street in Conway.
