The phones are staffed 24 hours a day, so emergency calls for a broken pipe can reach a live person at any hour. Free estimates are offered, and the business works from its office on Jode Road in Norristown. The team is listed as eight people, and the company says its work is guaranteed. Its main service area is Philadelphia and the surrounding counties.
