Oliver Construction Incorporated

Oliver Construction Incorporated is a full-service general contracting and construction management firm that handles commercial construction, design-build, renovation and architecture. Its work includes auto dealerships, such as Ford and Kia dealership projects, along with commercial buildings and some residential spec developments. The firm says most of its commercial work comes through referrals from past clients.

OCI handles architecture, interior design and construction in house, so one team coordinates the project from the start. Projects range from small interior renovations to multi-million dollar developments. The office is on Dekalb Street in Norristown, and the firm says it works with clients across the country and beyond.
