Allen Schrock Builders

Allen Schrock Builders is a family homebuilding business that constructs new custom homes, home additions and renovations. The company says its work draws on three generations of homebuilding, with a focus on carefully crafted, well-built homes using solid materials.

The team can evaluate a property for a new build or addition, help select a lot from its private list, design plans from scratch, or work from plans a client already has. Design selections are handled by its in-house designers, and the company also works with local mortgage professionals on construction and renovation loans. It is based in Congerville, Illinois, and serves the Tri-County Area.
