Parma-Deli

Parma Deli is a family-owned deli in Concord that has been serving customers since 1988. The sandwich list is the draw, with more than two dozen meats and specialty fillings such as muffuletta, Reuben, prosciutto, mortadella, and head cheese, plus a range of side salads like crab, tuna, and three bean.

Sandwiches are built on your choice of bread, including sourdough, dutch crunch, and rye, and you can add avocado, bacon, or cheese for an extra $1.50. The deli also handles catering for birthdays, office meetings, weddings, and funerals. It is at 3521 Clayton Rd. and is open weekdays and Saturday morning, closed Sundays.
