Hummel Hummel Bake Shop is a bakery in East Northport known worldwide for its Pizza Crumbs, a flavored crumb-topped treat sold in Original, Raspberry, Chocolate, Blueberry, Lemon and Pumpkin varieties. The shop also bakes cookies, cakes, pies, pastries, donuts, Danish, bread and rolls fresh each day.

The family has run the bakery since it opened in 1968, when the founder's son and daughter-in-law took over in 1998. Pizza Crumbs can be picked up in store or ordered online for shipping, which ships out on Tuesdays for orders placed by Saturday. The shop is open Tuesday through Saturday and Sunday mornings, and is closed on Mondays.
