Kestrel Ridge

Kestrel Ridge Golf Course is an 18-hole course playing from 5,975 yards at its longest tees, with wide countryside views and a practice area for working on your game. PGA professionals offer lessons, and the course runs memberships, leagues, junior golf and outings. The Bar and Grill serves Wisconsin classics and a rotating menu with homemade soups, burgers and wraps, and it hosts a Friday fish fry with beer-battered cod and fried perch.

Tee times can be booked online, and the course offers a weather guarantee with a rain check if severe weather forces you off the course before the 18th tee. Military members, first responders and seniors over 60 get $5 off, but you need to mention it at check-in. The venue also hosts weddings and events for up to 250 guests, with indoor and outdoor spaces. The course is in Columbus, Wisconsin, about 20 minutes from the east side of Madison.
