Peak Performance Hypnosis

Peak Performance Hypnosis offers hypnosis sessions aimed at habits and challenges that have held people back, with programs for quitting smoking, sports performance, weight loss, sugar reset and stress relief. Jeffrey Richards, a certified professional hypnotist, founded the practice in 2000 and also uses tools from neuro-linguistic programming in his work.

Clients can book private sessions at the office on the east side of Columbus, or join online sessions by Zoom or Skype from anywhere. The practice also runs group and corporate programs and offers a free consultation call to talk through goals before booking. Richards is available to speak to community and service groups about hypnosis.
