Ebb & Float

Ebb & Float is a social wellness club offering float therapy, private infrared saunas, cold water immersion plunges and massage. Floats take place in a tank of Epsom salt water that supports the whole body, while the infrared saunas heat the body with light rather than steam, fire or hot rocks.

The club has two Columbus-area locations, one downtown on North 5th Street and one in Westerville on Worthington Road. Staff guide newcomers through their first visit, and memberships and gift cards are available. The downtown location keeps late hours most evenings.
