Boss Fitness is a personal coaching studio built around consistency, accountability and measurable progress. Sessions follow the same structure every time: movement prep, strength work, accessory training, conditioning and recovery, with the coaching adjusted to each person's abilities and goals. The studio has been around for more than 20 years, and it also offers structured training for clients who work out away from the studio.

New members can start with an intro experience that walks through the coaching system before committing to regular sessions. You don't need to be in shape or know the exercises to begin. The studio is at 333 East Livingston Avenue in Columbus, and its weekday hours start early in the morning, with shorter hours on Friday and Saturday.
