Advanced Wellness

Advanced Wellness is a chiropractic and integrative wellness practice that has operated since 2003. Its chiropractors use the Activator Method, which relies on a small handheld instrument to deliver low-force impulses to the spine and joints. Beyond adjustments, the practice offers massage and bodywork, acupuncture, functional nutrition coaching, PEMF therapy and infrared sauna sessions.

Patients of all ages are seen, including children, pregnant women and older adults, and the doctors are trained in the Webster Technique for prenatal care. Each visit includes a leg length check, guided movement assessment and hands-on palpation before any adjustment. The office is at the Center at Grandview Heights on King Avenue, and the practice runs workshops on nutrition and movement.
