Veterinarians in Colorado Springs

Veterinarians care for the health of pets and other animals, from routine checkups and vaccines to diagnostic testing, dental work and surgery when an animal is sick or hurt. Many clinics also offer nutrition advice, microchipping, behavior counseling, boarding and pharmacy products, so you can often handle several needs in one visit. When choosing a veterinarian, ask whether they see your type of pet and how emergencies are handled after hours, since not every clinic is open nights or weekends. It also helps to call ahead, ask about current appointment wait times, and confirm whether a new patient needs to bring past vaccination records.
