The Ski Shop

The Ski Shop is a specialty ski and snowboard store in Colorado Springs, family owned and operated since 1952. The shop sells skis, snowboards, boots, and clothing and accessories for Colorado weather, and it also carries a selection of slightly used equipment from trade-ins. Its repair and tune shop handles ski and snowboard tuning and repairs, and the store is known for custom boot fitting with in-house measuring tools.

The shop offers season rentals for the whole family, and regulars often bring in skis and boots from year to year. Customers visit the store on South Tejon Street, and the shop also sponsors the Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC. Reviewers often mention staff who are patient and knowledgeable about gear, and the shop holds an annual ski swap in October.
