Summit Physio & Performance

Summit Physio & Performance is a performance-oriented physical therapy practice in Colorado Springs, built around athletes, CrossFitters, weightlifters and active adults who want to stay ahead of injury. Its physical therapists, Dr. Tessa Kothe, Dr. Cat Cui and Dr. Brianna Martin, offer dry needling, manual therapy, joint mobilization and manipulation, myofascial decompression with cupping, blood flow restriction training and movement analysis. Each visit starts with a review of injury history and a movement assessment, with trial treatment and re-testing during the first session.

The practice operates out of a suite inside CrossFit Tava at 6150 Stadia Court, and it also lists satellite and pop-up locations at other CrossFit gyms in town. It is an out-of-network provider, so visits are one-on-one and tailored to each patient's goals. Gift cards are available, and the practice accepts insurance, with appointments booked online.
