Lawn, garden supplies and seasonal Colorado produce since 19341430 S. Tejon St., CO Springs, CO
Spencer's is a family-owned lawn and garden center in Colorado Springs, operating since 1934. It is known for annuals, perennials, trees and shrubs, vegetable and herb plants, fertilizers, and a wide range of garden tools and decor. In season it also runs a farmer's market selling fresh Colorado produce by the pound or bushel, with the produce sourced from family-owned farms across the state.
The business has two stores, one on South Tejon Street in Colorado Springs and one in Fountain on Center Valley Drive. Hours are Monday through Saturday, 9 to 5, and the store is closed Sundays. Shoppers are asked to call ahead during severe weather. The Tejon store is a common stop for Quesadilla Day in September, which features fire-roasted Colorado chiles.
