Inspire Movements Massage Therapy

Inspire Movements Massage Therapy focuses on therapeutic ashiatsu massage, which uses broad, deep pressure, combined with cupping therapy. The work is aimed at low back pain, sciatica, tension headaches and migraines, and sessions can be built around desk work, long hours and repetitive strain. Red light therapy and tandem massage with two therapists are also offered.

Sessions run 90 minutes or two hours and are by appointment only, with online booking available. Cupping is included in every session, and the price includes everything with no tips or add-on fees. Jessica Deardorff, the owner and a licensed massage therapist, works from an office suite off North Academy Boulevard near Briargate in Colorado Springs, and the practice has been open since 2016.
