Cordera

Cordera Community Center is the main gathering place for the Cordera neighborhood, with a fitness room, a heated outdoor pool with a zero-depth entry, a three-lane lap pool and a café area. The fitness room has state-of-the-art equipment, including Peloton bikes, and complimentary fitness classes are led by professional trainers. Families and kids can join art, music, sports, book club, parent's night out and pool party activities.

Access is included with Homeowner's Association dues, so there are no separate membership fees, and homeowners can reserve the multipurpose rooms for private events or meetings. The center was fully remodeled in 2023. The adjoining Grand Lawn offers about five acres for sports, picnics and summer concerts, with views of Pikes Peak. Questions about events go to YMCA staff.
