Atrevida Beer Co.

Atrevida Beer Co. is a Colorado Springs brewery founded by Jessica Fierro, presented as Colorado's first Latina-owned brewery. Its beers blend nostalgic confections with craft brewing, drawing on Fierro's childhood summers making tamarind candy with her grandmother. Featured brews include a lemon, vanilla and orange cream ale, a Mexican lager called Dolores Huerta, and a rotating-hop pale ale called Christopher Street Smash.

The brewery is on Mount View Lane, a short drive south of the Garden of the Gods, just past the stoplight at the Nevada Avenue intersection. The site invites visitors to join its mailing list for specials and events, and the brewery also sells its beer through a shop section.
