Stubby's Dog Wash has been grooming dogs and cats since 2009, offering full-service grooming that covers bathing, de-shedding, haircuts and nail trims. The shop also provides dog boarding at its Woodmen and Academy location and carries premium pet food and supplies. The salon is equipped for all breeds of dogs, and the groomers are trained to keep each visit calm and comfortable.

Grooming is by appointment, booked by phone at either the Woodmen and Academy shop or the Monument location near Rosie's Diner. The shop is open Tuesday through Saturday, with the Sunday and Monday schedule not offered. Cash, check and credit cards are accepted, though cards carry a 2.9% convenience fee. Owners Bill and Janet Huffor are both Colorado Springs natives who sit on several local nonprofit boards.
