Southwestern Illinois Board of REALTORS®

Southwestern Illinois Board of REALTORS® is a professional association for real estate agents and brokers, along with affiliated businesses that serve the industry. It offers pre-license and continuing education classes, networking events, and advocacy for private property rights and homeownership. The board also runs a mediation and arbitration program and an ombudsman program for disputes involving members.

Affiliate businesses such as lenders and title companies can join alongside REALTORS®, and the board connects its members with local businesses. The office is at 1 Regency Plaza in Collinsville. Each year the board holds an annual membership meeting and Taste of SIBR, a community dinner with dishes from local restaurants that helps support local food pantries.
