The Performance Center

The Performance Center is a private training facility for athletes ages 7 to 18, built around coach-led small groups that start with mechanics before intensity. Youth athletes begin with a three-class on-ramp covering squat, press and hinge, then move through tiered milestones across gymnastics, strength and conditioning. The gym also offers one-to-one personal training, adult group training, and precision nutrition coaching for athletes and families.

New families start with a ten-minute call with a coach, and sessions can be booked online. Plans run in four-week blocks, with lower rates on longer plans. The facility shares its building at 632 W Poplar Ave in Collierville with Pittman Physical Therapy, so a physical therapist is a short walk away if something feels wrong. The gym serves families from Collierville, Germantown, Bartlett and Arlington.
