Grant & Co.

Grant & Co. is a family-owned home builder that has been building new homes in the Memphis area for more than 75 years, according to its own history. Its featured communities include High Ground in Southaven, Crestview in Hernando, Cypress Trails in Olive Branch and Twin Oaks in Oakland.

Buyers pick a floor plan and customize it through the company's design studio in Collierville, and the sales team walks buyers through the homebuying process and connects them with local lenders. Homes are priced from the low $300,000s to around $525,000 in the featured communities. The office is at 177 Crescent Drive in Collierville, Tennessee.
