A.J. Waterproofing

A.J. Waterproofing is a family-owned basement waterproofing company that has been working since 1976. Its services cover basement waterproofing, wall parging, sump pump installation, French drains, downspout corrections, outside grading and yard and storm drainage, for both residential and commercial properties. Basement waterproofing is the only work the company does, and it also handles basement flooding repair and basement crack repair.

A.J. DiElsi meets with homeowners personally to diagnose the water problem, and the company does not use salespeople or multiple crews, so he is on each job. Free estimates are offered by phone, and emergency service is available 24/7. Every job carries a written, transferable lifetime guarantee. The office is at 3774 Kratz Road in Collegeville, and the company also works in the Main Line, Montgomery, Delaware and Bucks County areas and travels out of state for referrals. Credit cards are accepted and financing is available for up to 60 months.
