Lauries Certified Construction

Laurie's Certified Construction is a family-owned, woman-owned remodeling and renovation company working on homes in Vermont. The company handles projects of all sizes, from roofing and siding to garages, additions, kitchen and bath renovations and whole-house remodels, and it also builds accessory dwelling units. Its roots are in exterior home construction and remodeling.

Founder Laurie Goldsmith guides each project personally, and the company says it offers 3D rendering so clients can preview a kitchen, bath or addition before work begins. Crews are certified for lead-safe renovation work. The business is based in Colchester and serves homeowners in Burlington and the surrounding area, and a consultation with the team is the first step for new projects.
