Pocatko Builders

Pocatko Builders is a custom builder focused on premium outdoor living, with custom decks, screened porches and covered structures. Owner Josh Pocatko, who has more than 15 years in residential construction, started the company with renovations in central Ohio before narrowing the work to decks, porches, patios and the outdoor spaces around a home.

Every project is designed with 3D renderings, permitted and inspected, and built with premium materials by a licensed General Contractor. The company works with homeowners in Lake Wylie, Fort Mill, Tega Cay, Clover, Rock Hill and the Charlotte area, and offers free estimates. The office is at Gillcreek Court in Lake Wylie, South Carolina.
