Saucy Brew Works

Saucy Brew Works is a craft brewery and brewpub that opened in 2017 in the historic Steelman Building in Cleveland's Hingetown neighborhood. The brewhouse is known for hazy and hop-forward beers such as Juicy ASAP India Pale Ale and Love You, Bye Hazy Imperial IPA, along with its Lachancea Tart series, a tart style developed in Cleveland. Its What's His Nuts beer won a gold medal at the 2023 World Expo of Beer. The company also roasts small-batch coffee under the Saucy Coffee name.

The Cleveland brewpub is on Detroit Avenue. Saucy has since added locations in Columbus, Put-in-Bay, and a Maineville brewery through its acquisition of Cartridge Brewing, along with Urban Meyer's Pint House in Dublin. Private events can be booked, eGift cards are sold online, and the website offers online ordering. Visitors must be 21 or older to enter the brewpub's online pages, which signals the age policy for the rest of the business.
