Corbo's Bakery

Corbo's Bakery has been making traditional Italian pastries in Cleveland's Little Italy since 1958. It is known for its cassata cake, biscotti and cannoli, recipes that the family says have been passed down for four generations. Over the past years the kitchen has also added a full menu of pizza, pasta, wings, subs and classic Italian entrées like chicken, veal and eggplant parmesan.

The bakery is at 12210 Mayfield Road and is family-owned and operated. Birthday cakes, party trays and cookies are part of the lineup, and gift cards are sold. Customers can order food online, and the pizza shop and bakery have separate phone lines. The bakery is open Tuesday through Saturday, and it closes Monday.
