Melilli Chiropractic and Rehab Center is a chiropractic and rehab practice that treats back and neck pain, headaches, foot imbalances and injuries from auto accidents. Founder Steven Melilli, DC, leads a team that also offers physical therapy, massage therapy, whole-body vibration therapy and nutritional counseling, including pre- and post-operative therapy for the spine, knees and shoulders. The practice focuses on preventing injury and illness as well as treating existing pain.

The office is in Suite 204 of a State Road 580 building in Clearwater and accepts most major insurance plans, including Medicare and Medicare Advantage. Patients can buy nutritional supplements, CBD products and custom orthotics on site. The clinic stays open until 7 pm on three weekdays, and appointments are booked by phone.
