Highwater Clays of Florida

Highwater Clays of Florida is a retail store selling clays and materials for potters and ceramic artists. The company was founded in 1979 and made its clays at a manufacturing site in Asheville, North Carolina, but that site closed after Hurricane Helene flooded it in 2024, leaving this Clearwater shop as its only location still operating.

The store is working to find new supply sources for clays and materials, so stock may be limited while it rebuilds. Regular hours are Tuesday through Friday and Saturday morning. Call or email before visiting, since offerings are changing and the store can confirm what is on hand.
