Commercial and public building construction across Florida since 19541055 Ponce de Leon Boulevard, Belleair, FL

Biltmore Construction is a Florida construction manager and general contractor founded in 1954 by Edward Parker Sr. The firm builds commercial, government, municipal and educational buildings. Recent work includes fire stations in Clearwater and St. Petersburg, the President Barack Obama Library in St. Petersburg, and the Plantation Key courthouse in the Florida Keys.
The company is involved from the design phase, helping clients review options, track budgets and timelines, and plan for the long-term life of a building. It also emphasizes sustainable systems and materials and works with local subcontractors in the communities where it builds. Because most of its projects are public or commercial, it is not a residential contractor. The office is on Ponce de Leon Boulevard in Belleair and is open on weekdays.
