Bayside Waters

Bayside Waters is a 55+ manufactured home community on the waterfront of Old Tampa Bay. Two-bedroom, two-bath homes of about 1,000 square feet are offered for sale by lot. The clubhouse, pool, hot tub, and gazebo give residents space to gather, and shuffleboard, pickleball, billiards, and bocce ball are available for games.

The community hosts dances, water aerobics, and community dinners, and many residents simply walk the waterfront. The sales office keeps weekday hours and sees weekend visitors by appointment. Bayside Waters sits about 8 miles from the heart of Clearwater.
