Student Counseling Services

Student Counseling Services at Austin Peay State University provides short-term confidential counseling for enrolled students, along with drop-in counseling and group support. Services are delivered by counselors and by counseling interns working under the supervision of a licensed professional. Support and referral options are available for students with chronic or complex issues.

Appointments are scheduled by phone or through an online link. The office is in the Ard Building on the Austin Peay campus at 524 College Street in Clarksville, and the staff aims to keep the environment welcoming for all students. Students can also find online mental health screenings and suicide prevention resources through the office's page.
