Old Glory Distilling Co.

Old Glory Distilling Co. makes Tennessee bourbon and whiskey on its Clarksville campus, handling every step from grinding and mashing to aging and bottling on site. The grains are locally sourced, and the bourbon follows the Lincoln County Process, filtering the spirit through sugar maple charcoal before it ages. The distillery also produces a vodka filtered through the same charcoal.

Visitors can book a guided distillery tour with a tasting, or eat at the restaurant, which serves lunch, dinner and weekend brunch. The Silo Park out back hosts live music on Fridays and Saturdays and a Thursday night farmers market, and dogs are welcome there. The restaurant stays open later on weekends, and the Silo Bar keeps its own schedule.
