Whitbeck Insurance Agency

Whitbeck Insurance Agency is an independent insurance agency that handles auto, homeowners, business and individual life coverage. The agency was established in 1964 by Alex B. Yerabek and is run as a family business. Its commercial work includes builders' risk, business interruption, commercial trucking and contractor's general liability policies, along with personal lines like renters, condominium and boat coverage.

Because the agency is independent, it places policies with a selected group of insurance companies rather than a single carrier, and it serves individuals, families and businesses across Northeastern Pennsylvania. Michael Whitbeck, the principal agent and president, joined in 1993. The office is at 504 North State Street in Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania.
