Pho ABC Inc.

Pho ABC is a Vietnamese restaurant known for pho, the beef and chicken noodle soup. Its broths simmer meats, bones, and spices such as cassia bark, star anise, ginger, and black cardamom for over eight hours. Beef pho comes with seven kinds of beef, from rare eye of round to tripe and beef balls, and the menu also includes spring rolls, noodle bowls, and stir-fry plates like Mongolian Beef and Lemongrass Tofu.

Orders for pickup and delivery can be placed online from both the Citrus Heights and Folsom locations. Chicken pho can be made with all white meat or all dark meat on request. The restaurant recently added sugar cane juice to its drinks, and its monthly recommendation has been a wonton soup full of shrimp, pork, and fish balls. The Citrus Heights restaurant is one of two locations, with the other in Folsom.
