Elite Construction Design Management

Elite Construction Design Management is a general contractor that takes on design-build projects, mostly renovations of occupied medical offices, laboratories, corporate offices and classrooms. The firm handles design and planning, permitting and construction, and it self-performs or coordinates trades including carpentry, millwork, flooring, painting, masonry, plumbing, electrical and fire alarm work. Its services also cover scope development, budgeting and estimating, cost control, and scheduling.

The firm presents its work as turn-key, so an owner works with one team from the first design discussion through to a finished space. Safety is central to how it runs jobs, with every team member allowed to halt work they see as unsafe and PPE use enforced on all sites. The office is in Circleville, Ohio, and weekend visits are by appointment.
