The Paramount Café

The Paramount Café is a coffee shop on the street level of the Paramount Building in downtown Cheyenne. The building began as a theater at the turn of the century and still keeps much of its vintage character. The café is locally owned and operated by Katy Rinne and Barb Sandick.

A gallery inside the café hosts local artists in exhibitions of 12 to 15 pieces, each running one month and opening on the second Thursday of the month. The gallery provides a free platform for artists, and the café refers buyers directly to the artists rather than selling their work. Orders can be placed online for dine-in, carry-out or delivery. The connected Paramount Ballroom, a cocktail lounge, sits alongside the café.
