Quinntessential Health

Quinntessential Health is a chiropractic practice in Cheyenne, Wyoming, owned and operated by Dr. Mike Quinn, DC, MACN. Care pairs chiropractic adjustments with soft tissue work, stretching and strengthening guidance, and nutritional consulting, along with adjunct treatments such as ultrasound, electric stimulation, fascia cupping and kinesiology taping. Massage therapy and acupuncture are also offered.

The office works by appointment only, and it is closed on Sundays. Most services are booked one to two weeks out, so same-day visits are not available. Dr. Quinn coordinates treatment times around each patient's schedule. Blue Cross/Blue Shield is accepted in-network, and the practice offers a cash discount to patients without insurance or whose deductibles have not been met. Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare and workers comp are not accepted, and auto accident cases are not taken. Imaging is referred out when needed.
