Alyse Pfankuch, LPC

Alyse Pfankuch is a Wyoming-licensed professional counselor who specializes in OCD and anxiety, using Exposure and Response Prevention and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. She also works with couples, teens, men, and people facing grief, burnout, or major life transitions, and offers faith-based counseling for clients who want it. Her practice is operated under the name Outside Therapy LLC.

Sessions are held by secure video for individuals, couples, and teens across Wyoming. She has an office in Cheyenne, but in-person openings are currently full, so new clients start by telehealth. Every first step is a free 30-minute consultation, and she accepts EAP referrals. She is expanding to more states through the Counseling Compact, so people outside Wyoming can send a request to be notified when she can see them.
